Cellular Blueprint is an analytical and informational service. The laboratory measures 33 elements and reports 20 element ratios in your hair sample, and supplies a digital report with supporting nutrition guidance.

HMA does not diagnose nutritional deficiencies, poisoning or disease, determine whole-body mineral stores, or replace blood tests and medical advice. Hair treatments, collection methods and external contamination can affect results. The service does not establish a clinically validated metabolic type or tell you which supplements your body needs or absorbs.

What is included

• Hair-sample analysis and a laboratory-prepared digital report.
• A seven-day menu with recipes and a supplement schedule prepared by the laboratory for discussion with an appropriately qualified professional.
• Onward courier transport from Get Body Back in the UK to the laboratory in Poland.

Guidance is not a prescription or a guarantee of health outcomes. Discuss supplements with a GP, pharmacist or appropriately qualified professional, especially if you take medicines, are pregnant or breastfeeding, or have a medical condition. Do not stop prescribed treatment because of an HMA report.

Sample, questionnaire and timing

You pay postage to send your sample to our UK collection address. We forward samples in consolidated shipments on Fridays. Laboratory processing is normally up to 10 working days after it receives both the sample and completed questionnaire, once the service is authorised to start. Dispatch waiting time and courier transit are additional.

The questionnaire is submitted directly to the laboratory through the supplied link. Get Body Back does not store completed questionnaires. Read the relevant privacy information before submitting your questionnaire or sample; do not send health information to Athena.

Cancellation

If you cancel before sending your hair sample, we refund your HMA order in full. Sending a sample or completing a questionnaire does not by itself remove your statutory cancellation rights. If you cancel within the cancellation period before any work has started, you receive a full refund even if your sample has already been sent or received. Online service contracts normally have a 14-day cancellation period starting the day after the contract is made. If you expressly request an early start, a proportionate charge may apply for work supplied before cancellation where the legal requirements have been met. The right ends on full performance during that period only with the required prior request and acknowledgement. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
